Redhost Technology has been operating domain registration, web hosting, web server, web site design and development, and other services since 2017.

Please read the terms carefully before using Redhost Technology?s service, if you are interested in using our services, it is mandatory to agree to our terms.

Privacy Policy

Redhost Technology is the sole owner of the information collected on the operated website. Redhost Technology collects information from our users at various points on our web site. In order to use the Redhost Technology web site, a user must first complete a registration form. A user must provide contact information (such as name and email address) during registration.

We may use this information to communicate with the user about our site?s services. But in some special cases the user may be required to provide NID or other documents

  • 1. In case of change of Redhost Technology account email or any other information
  • 2. While verifying the account of the Redhost Technology
  • 3. If the domain or hosting is suspended for any reason
  • 4. In case of BDIX service All information provided above will be kept strictly confidential by Redhost Technology . Redhost Technology may take legal action using User Information if the User does not comply with Redhost Technology?s terms and conditions.

Product Delivary Time

Domain, Hosting, VPS, Email Hosting, Reseller Hosting Instant Delivery provided, if there are no technical or payment related complications. However, if for some reason it is not instant active, it may take up to 5-30 minutes. In case of other services, it may take 5 minutes to maximum 72 hours for delivery.

Refund policy

  • 1. Refund policy is applicable for shared hosting, user can take refund without giving any reason within 7 days if desired, refund request will not be accepted after 7 days.
  • 2. No domain refunds will be made once any domain registration or transfer has been initiated.
  • 3. Any VPS or Dedicated Server is completely non-refundable
  • 4. There is no money back guarantee on reseller hosting
  • 5. No refund will be admissible if your service is canceled/suspended/terminated due to non-compliance with our terms.
  • 6. Money deposited in the client?s account is non-refundable, it can be used to purchase any service.
  • 7. Cancellation requests from any location other than the client area will not be accepted.
  • 8. After submitting the cancellation request, the account cannot be reactivated in any way, you have to purchase a new package.
  • 9. After submitting the cancellation request the billing department will open a ticket, then it may take from 1 day to maximum 15 days depending on the gateway. Sending charges/gateway charges/cash out charges will be deducted for any refund.

If credit balance refund is taken to puppet host?s account, refund will be received within 1 minute-1 hour, credit balance refund should be written on the ticket.

Note: Technical support will not be available on live chat / call center / Facebook page messenger, for technical support you need to open a support ticket, Redhost Technology agent will respond within 5 minutes to 1 hour. Live chat may be closed on certain holidays and due to special reasons and ticket reply may take time.

Redhost Technology support level

  • 1. Redhost Technology L1 Support provides initial support
  • 2. L2 Support of the Redhost Technology provides medium level support
  • 3. Redhost Technology L3 Support provides high level support
  • 4. Redhost Technology L1 Support and L2 Support support ticket response time is 5 minutes to 1 hour
  • 5. L3 Support response time is 1 hour to 6 hours.
# Depending on the problem, the response time and solution time may be shorter or longer. For third-party companies it may take 1 day to 7 days, depending on the third-party company?s response time.

* Billing and other support response time is 1 hour to 24 hours

# Note: We always give low priority to call support so calls may not be received, use our live chat and ticket support, live chat will get instant response and support ticket will get response within 5 minutes to 1 hour.

Content Liability

We shall not be hold responsible for any content that appears on your Website. You agree to protect and defend us against all claims that is rising on your Website. No link(s) should appear on any Website that may be interpreted as libelous, obscene or criminal, or which infringes, otherwise violates, or advocates the infringement or other violation of, any third party rights.

All Shared Hosting

Backups : Redhost Technology take daily backup and backups are not guaranteed. These backups are strictly for our own use in-case of a server failure. Redhost Technology recommends that clients backup their data to their personal computers or storage servers. Clients are responsible for their own data.

Note: Audio video zip file is not kept in remote backup, only website content and database backup is kept.

Suspended or Terminated Account Backups . If you need backup for suspended account, you need to pay .1000 one time fee. We keep terminated account backup for 7 days only. The restoration fee is .1500 one time depend on the backup availability. Note: We do not provide any guarantee on terminated account backup.

Unacceptable Material:
  • Movie Downloading Uploading Audio/Video
  • Copyrighted material Audio/Video/image/content
  • IRC Scripts/Bots or IRCD (irc servers)
  • Proxy Scripts/Anonymizers
  • Image Hosting Scripts (similar to Photobucket or Tinypic)
  • AutoSurf/PTC/PTS/PPC sites
  • Bruteforce Programs/Scripts/Applications
  • Mail Bombers/Spam Scripts
  • Banner-Ad services (commercial banner ad rotation)
  • File Dump/Mirror Scripts (similar to rapidshare)
  • Commercial Audio Streaming (more than one or two streams)
  • High-Yield Interest Programs (HYIP) or Related Sites
  • Investment Sites (FOREX, E-Gold Exchange, Second Life/Linden Exchange, Ponzi, MLM/Pyramid Scheme)
  • Lottery/Gambling Sites
  • Hacker focused sites/archives/programs
  • Sites promoting illegal activities
  • Broadcast or Streaming of Live Sporting Events (UFC, NASCAR, FIFA, NFL, MLB, NBA, WWE, WWF, etc).

Accounts And Payment

Redhost Technology Account: If a shared/reseller account has a past due invoice, we will perform the following actions.

  • 1-2 Days . No Action Taken
  • 3 Days . Accounts are suspended
  • 7 Days . Accounts will be terminated.
If a VPS has a past due invoice, we will perform the following actions.
  • 1-2 Days . No Action Taken
  • 3 Days . Accounts are suspended
  • 4 Days . Accounts are terminated
Dedicated servers will be suspended as soon as an invoice is overdue.
